ACTIVATE: AN ARTIST SERIES

EVERY SUNDAY IN AUGUST!

ACTIVATE is a series curated for Movers and Makers who share the collective intention of cultivating awareness and action through dance.

Dates: Every Sunday in August 2:00-3:15pm EST (optional free warm-up led by Lauren beginning at 1:30pm EST)

Ages: 14-Professional

In this series you will be guided by a different Artist each Sunday. Each instructor will share their unique perspective through a personal movement practice and/or phrase work.

Lauren will provide mid-week “check-ins” to review any outside research that may be encouraged by the Faculty. Throughout the series please feel free to reach out via email with questions that may arise within your classes. We want to get you thinking! Our intention is to create an ongoing conversation within our community.

After our final class together, (August 30th at 3:15pm EST) please join us for a thought-provoking panel discussion inspired by YOUR questions with our Faculty. We hope you walk away from this series with more clarity, awareness, compassion, and a shared desire to ACTIVATE a positive shift within our industry and in your (he)art.

I am looking forward to learning and growing alongside of you!

With Gratitude and Love,

Lauren
